Is it a good time to sell your house? Maybe, if you have had it for at least 6 years or you have a lot of equity which gives you bargaining room.

In order to sell you must price your house at or below what similar homes in your area have sold for in the last 3 to 6 months. I have the sales data (which in Utah is not publicly accessible) that will help you determine the proper market price for your house. If the sales price of what homes have sold for is less than what you think your house is worth, I probably would advise you to hold on if you can until we get through this economic slump. If you HAVE to sell, that is another story. I will be happy to take the time to go over your options and put you in contact with people who can give you further guidance. Don't EVER sign your title over to someone else unless you call me or contact an attorney. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

I was born in Ogden, lived in Hawaii, Arizona, LasVegas, Salt Lake, North Ogden & now live in the Eden/Liberty area. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school and the fantastic recreational opportunities here in Northern Utah including a lot of skiing at Snowbasin & hiking the mountains near Ogden, Eden, & Salt Lake City. I graduated from Weber State University with an Associate of Science Degree. I had a 30 year plus career flying the "friendly skies" all over the world including Asia, Australia & Europe. Spending time with my family, skiing, mountain biking & hiking & enjoying the out of doors with my dogs are the ways I enjoy my free time. I do love the mountains!
